1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TPLANNER ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TPLANNER is a construction project management platform that includes WBS planning, Gantt scheduling, resource management, cost analysis, and project control tools. The Service is offered under Starter (free), Professional, and Enterprise plans.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities performed under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Plans and Payments

Paid plans (Professional and Enterprise) are billed monthly. Payments are securely processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TPLANNER and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

TPLANNER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service in the event of a breach of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the paid plan will cease at the end of the billed period.
