What to include in your message

  • The T-meet version: go to chrome://extensions and read the number under the extension name.
  • The platform (Google Meet, Zoom or Teams) and whether you joined from the browser.
  • The date and time of the meeting, with your time zone, and how long it lasted.
  • What happened and the exact error message, or a screenshot.
  • The email of your account, if the problem is about your account or a payment. Never send us your password.

Common problems

The transcript is incomplete or cuts off

Keep the meeting tab open while you record: if you reload it or navigate away, audio capture can stop and what is missing cannot be recovered. T-meet transcribes in 5-minute blocks; if one fails, you will see the mark “[⚠ A section of this meeting could not be transcribed]”. If the yellow notice “only X of Y min were recorded” appears, capture was interrupted. If it happens often, write to us with the details above.

I get “This tab is already being recorded” or “Cannot capture a tab with an active stream”

Click “Start recording” only once and wait a few seconds: the recording takes a moment to start. If the error continues, reload the meeting tab and try again. Keep the extension up to date from chrome://extensions: recent versions prevent a second click from creating another recording.

My voice does not appear in the transcript

Open T-meet Options (⚙️ in the popup), turn on “Include my voice (microphone)” and allow microphone access when Chrome asks. Use headphones: with speakers you may get echo.

Speakers show up as A, B, C and sometimes get mixed up

T-meet tells them apart with letters, which you can rename in the meeting detail (“Rename speakers”). In long meetings the letters can change between blocks of about 5 minutes, so check the names before sharing the minutes.

The summary has mistakes

The AI summary can get names, numbers and dates wrong: check it against the transcript before sharing it. From the meeting detail you can summarize again by choosing another meeting type (general, site progress, committee, client or daily).

I reached my hours limit

Without an account you can try T-meet for 10 minutes (guest mode); to keep going, create your free account from the extension Options. The free plan includes 1.5 hours of transcription per month and renews on the first day of each month (UTC). If you need more, the subscription costs $9.99 a month for 15 hours, and T-meet is included in TPlanner Professional (20 h) and Enterprise (100 h). When you reach your limit you cannot start another recording; on the free plan you get a 30-minute margin to finish the meeting in progress.

It does not work with Zoom or Teams

T-meet only records the web versions: join the meeting from the browser. The Zoom and Teams desktop apps cannot be recorded from a Chrome extension.

The confirmation email does not arrive

Check your spam folder: the email comes from noreply@tplanner.io. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, write to us with the email you signed up with.

I want to delete my data

Your meeting history is only in your browser: delete each meeting from the popup or uninstall the extension. To delete your account or the data we keep on the server, write to us and we will help you.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle. See the refund policy or write to us with the email you paid with. Refund policy
