Features

Everything T-meet does

The same features on every plan. Only the hours of transcription change.

🎙️

Records Meet, Zoom and Teams

Works with Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams in their web versions. It starts and stops when you press the button.

👥

Tells speakers apart

Identifies who spoke and when, and you can give each speaker a name. The transcript is organized by speaker turns.

📝

Summary with action items

Generates a summary with decisions and tasks when the meeting ends, in the language of the meeting. Pick the type (site progress, committee, client or daily) and the summary follows the right structure.

📤

Export to PDF or Markdown

Copy a meeting with formatting to paste into Google Docs, Word or Notion, or download it as .md or PDF. You can also send the action items to your TPlanner schedule.

🔒

Private by design

Your history is stored only in your browser. The audio is processed on the way through and is not stored on any server.

Transparency

What T-meet doesn't do (today)

—It does not work with the Zoom or Teams desktop apps, only in the browser.
—In long meetings the speaker letters (A, B, C) can change between blocks of about 5 minutes: check the names you give them.
—Your history lives in a single browser and does not sync between computers.
—With speakers you may get echo when recording your own voice; headphones are recommended.
—If a 5-minute block fails during recording, that fragment is lost.
—When you reach the monthly cap you cannot start another recording; on paid plans the meeting in progress stops being transcribed, and the free plan gives you a 30-minute margin to finish it.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most

Is T-meet free?

Yes. You can try it with no account for 10 minutes and, if it works for you, create an account with a permanent free plan: 1.5 hours of transcription every month, no card and no expiry. If you need more, the subscription costs $9.99 a month with 15 hours per month, and it is included if your TPlanner account is Professional (20 hours a month) or Enterprise (100 hours a month).

Does it work with Zoom and Teams?

Yes, with their web versions (join from the browser). The Zoom and Teams desktop apps cannot be recorded from a Chrome extension. Google Meet works directly.

Does a bot join my meeting?

No. T-meet records the audio of your browser tab, so the other participants do not see anyone new on the call.

Which languages does it transcribe?

It transcribes several languages, including English and Spanish, and writes the summary in the language of the meeting.

Do participants appear with their names?

They are told apart as Speaker A, B, C and you can give them any name you like: it applies to the transcript, the summary and the exports. T-meet does not identify anyone by voice and no voice profile is stored. In long meetings the letters can change between blocks of about 5 minutes, so check the names.

Where are my meetings stored?

In your browser. The server processes the audio to transcribe it and does not store it.

Do I need to tell people I am recording?

Yes, it is good practice and in many countries it is required. Let participants know before you record.

Does it work in other browsers?

Today only in Google Chrome, and in Chromium-based browsers that accept Chrome Web Store extensions.
